Progress Developer

Day to Day:

The Progress OpenEdge Developer will work closely with Project Leads and architects to develop and customize applications within the Progress OpenEdge environment. This individual will receive detailed technical specifications, build solutions, perform testing and validation, document results in Jira, and support integration-focused initiatives. The role requires collaboration with both U.S.-based and Costa Rica teams while operating independently to deliver high-quality development work with minimal oversight.

Must Haves:

• 4-5+ years of Progress OpenEdge development experience
• Ability to work independently from established requirements and technical specifications
• Experience collaborating with architects, project leads, and cross-functional xhqgsiq teams
• Strong testing and troubleshooting experience (within Jira preferred)

Plusses:

• AI development or AI-assisted development experience
• Experience supporting integrations with SAP environments
