Project Accountant

Supporting the financial success of projects, the full-time remote Project Accountant will manage project setup, invoicing, accounts receivable, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate project financials. Key responsibilities Set up projects for financial success by reviewing contracts and establishing them within appropriate systems Manage the monthly billing cycle, coordinating project billing activities and preparing accurate client invoices Collaborate with project teams on WIP analysis, project monitoring, and invoice issue resolution Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field At least four years of relevant experience in project accounting and billing Knowledge of billing processes within the architecture, engineering, or construction industry Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; experience with Deltek Vision is a plus Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
