We are currently looking for a Project Accountant for our office in Richmond, BC supporting our Western Canadian business unit.

Theprimaryresponsibilitiesofthepositionwillinclude,butarenotlimitedto:

• Leadcustomerinvoicingprocesses,includingconstructionprogressdraws,ensuringtimelyandaccuratebilling
• Overseevendorinvoiceentryandpreparechequeswithaccuracyandefficiency
• CollaboratewithCredit&CollectionsandProjectManagerstoensuretimelyA/Rcollections
• Prepareandfinalizemonthlybankreconciliations
• SupportProjectManagerswithmonthlyinventorycountsandensureaccuratedocumentation
• Track,analyze,andreportonprojectprofitability,identifyingcost-savingopportunities
