Project Accounting PSA Analyst

The Project Accounting & PSA Analyst configures client contracts and SOWs within the PSA system. You will support billing, revenue recognition, project profitability, and financial reporting. The role requires project-based accounting knowledge, analytical ability, and collaboration across Finance and Operations teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review contracts, SOWs, and change orders for financial setup
• Configure billing structures, rates, milestones, and revenue recognition
• Support monthly revenue recognition and project accounting activities
• Review WIP, deferred revenue, and unbilled revenue balances
• Reconcile PSA data with SAP and resolve discrepancies

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Three to six years of relevant accounting or analysis experience
• Understanding of project accounting and revenue recognition
• Experience with PSA, ERP, or project accounting systems
• Advanced Excel and strong problem-solving abilities
