Project-Based Accountant

To support the transition to a new ERP system, the project-based Accountant will work remotely for one year, focusing on reconciling financial data, managing system integration tasks, and collaborating with internal stakeholders and the ERP implementation team. Key responsibilities Handling settlements with suppliers, including reconciliation of revenue and payments, and managing invoice statuses Reconciling and managing virtual credit cards, including issuing and deleting cards as needed Communicating with colleagues to handle requests from hoteliers and process payments and related inquiries Required qualifications Higher education in Economics or Finance 2+ years of experience as an Accountant or Junior Accountant Advanced user of Excel English language proficiency at B2 level or higher; Russian - C1 Knowledge of 1C/ERP finance program
