Project Engineering Lead - Test Solutions

As Project Engineering Lead in Test Engineering, you drive planning, execution and technical leadership across a multidisciplinary team to deliver test capability aligned with the product roadmap. You collaborate with the Technical Lead, Design Authorities and customers to manage risk, milestones, and supplier decisions. You shape test solutions that support long-term business goals and ensure seamless integration with the sector’s strategy. • Lead the engineering aspects of test projects, ensuring quality, schedule and budget
• Manage day-to-day tasks of a multi-disciplinary team with clear roles
• Foster positive relationships with customers/partners to deliver project capability
• Coordinate across Engineering IPTs and with IPT leads, Project Managers and functional heads
• Inform Design Authorities on progress, risks and mitigations
• Ensure designs meet milestones, scope and align with product road map
• Control configuration and change management to maximise design reuse
• Support supplier management and Make/Buy decisions
• Capture candidate concept solutions and trade-off results including end-user input
