Looking for a remote-first Project Management role where you can shape transformation projects and gain equity in a fast-growing consultancy ?

Join a rapidly expanding start-up delivering cutting-edge CRM and data / digital transformation programmes for leading firms in the Wealth Management and IFA sector.

As a Project Manager , you’ll lead client programmes, work directly with senior stakeholders, and influence how the business scales its delivery model. You’ll have the autonomy to drive change across complex, high-value technology projects - from CRM implementations to full-scale digital transformation.

Location: Remote, UK – flexible start/finish times. Delivery based, not time based.
Salary: £70–75K (flex) + Bonus + Health Plan + EMI Equity + 5% Pension + 25 Days Holiday

What you’ll bring

• Proven experience delivering CRM, data migration or tech-enabled transformation projects within the Wealth Management, IFA or Financial Services landscape.
• Background in consulting or wealth management change (Big 4, boutique, vendor, or in-house FS change programmes)
• Expertise managing functional change and data migration workstreams
• Strong stakeholder engagement and vendor management skills

Nice to have:

• Exposure to platforms such as Iress Xplan, Curo, Plannr, or Intelliflo, etc.
• Project management certification (e.g. PMP, Prince2, MSP).
