Prompt Engineer LLM Automation

Design LLM prompt strategies remotely from Canada, using Python and evaluation metrics to improve data annotation accuracy and localization quality.

Innodata Inc. is building a Prompt Engineer team to automate and optimize annotation and human evaluation workflows. You will translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions with Product, Data Science, Operations, and client stakeholders. The work focuses on reliable, culturally aligned outputs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design prompts for data labeling and localization software
• Prototype and validate AI models for feasibility
• Measure model performance against customer acceptance criteria
• Collaborate with linguists and localization experts
• Create prompt guidelines and training materials

Requirements:

• Two years in prompt engineering, LLM fine tuning, or AI/ML
• Strong Python for NLU, processing, transformation, and analysis
• Deep understanding of transformer based LLM architectures
• Experience automating data annotation workflows
• Familiarity with Labelbox, cloud platforms, and deployment
