Prophix One Implementation Consultant

Lead Prophix One™ implementations using solution design and project management skills for small-to-medium clients. Work directly with finance leaders from kickoff through go-live.

As an Implementation Consultant, you own delivery across several concurrent engagements, largely independently. You translate requirements into configurations, financial models, and reports while managing client relationships. Your work connects business goals with practical platform solutions, supported by Solution Engineering, Support, and Services peers when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own implementations from kickoff through go-live and early live use
• Build project plans and maintain status reporting in Monday.com
• Configure financial models, reports, and Prophix One™ solutions
• Train client teams and troubleshoot technical implementation issues
• Communicate risks, timelines, scope, and next steps proactively

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, engineering, or related technical discipline
• Four years of progressively responsible relevant professional experience
• Working knowledge of GAAP and financial statement preparation
• Strong communication, presentation, organizational, and project management skills
• Ability to travel internationally and maintain a valid passport
