Arctiq: Intelligent Architecture is seeking an experienced Organizational Change Manager for a contract role based in Regina, SK. The role focuses on IT and digital transformation changes, leveraging Prosci/ADKAR to drive adoption and readiness across stakeholders.

The candidate will partner with Project Managers and business leads, develop change strategies, deliver training plans, and ensure alignment with Agile and Waterfall project timelines. Onsite daily presence is required.
