Protective Security Risk Intelligence Manager

Lead protective security and risk intelligence for Canada Life across London, Toronto, or Winnipeg, applying threat assessment and executive security expertise.

This permanent full-time Manager reports to the Director, Corporate Physical Security. You will oversee protective security, geopolitical monitoring, situational risk management, advisory services, and responses to significant security concerns. The position supports employees, executives, travel, events, locations, and business activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead protective security services for executives, employees, travel, and significant events
• Assess geopolitical and emerging threats affecting Canada Life operations
• Coordinate threat assessments and risk-based protective strategies
• Plan security for Board meetings, annual meetings, and sensitive events
• Oversee TSCM assessments, sweeps, incidents, and security resources

Requirements:

• 10+ years of relevant physical security experience
• Post-secondary education in security, intelligence, criminology, or related disciplines
• Knowledge of protective security, risk management, threat assessment, and incident response
• Strong judgement, communication, analytical, organisational, and stakeholder skills
• Microsoft 365 proficiency; CPP or PSP designation is an asset
