Protective Security Risk Intelligence Manager

Lead protective security and risk intelligence for Canada Life, applying threat assessment and geopolitical monitoring across corporate activities. This permanent full-time role offers locations in London, Toronto, or Winnipeg.

Reporting to the Director, Corporate Physical Security, the Manager leads services supporting employees, executives, travel, events, and operations. The role combines physical security risk management, advisory services, incident response, and situational risk management. You will translate intelligence into practical protective measures and coordinate significant security responses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead protective security for employees, executives, travel, and higher-risk activities
• Assess geopolitical and emerging threats affecting people, locations, and operations
• Coordinate threat assessments, protective strategies, and risk mitigation measures
• Oversee sensitive corporate event security planning and onsite execution
• Lead TSCM assessments and sweeps with qualified external specialists

Requirements:

• 10+ years of relevant physical security experience
• Post-secondary education in security, intelligence, criminology, or related discipline
• Strong knowledge of threat assessment and incident response
• Sound judgement translating complex issues into practical recommendations
• Reliability Status Security Clearance required before accessing Protected B information
