• Anticipated need for one to two psychiatrists at the same facility

• Initial hiring priority is a Medical Director ; the facility can begin with one physician in this role

• Adult patient population with psychiatric and substance use treatment needs

• Combined inpatient psychiatric and detoxification/residential treatment setting

• Current facility census is in the 70s

• Census reflects the overall facility population, not an individual provider's daily caseload

• Addiction fellowship training or certification is not required

• Medical Director role combines direct patient care with clinical leadership responsibilities

• Staff psychiatrist role focuses on direct patient care
