We can start in Nov or Dec based on credentialing timeline.
Provider can be adults only.
Can be hybrid system (in person and remote) Will not accept Only remote candidates.
Approx. 18 hours per week (Can be negotiated).
This is a long term opportunity as one of their current providers is leaving.
Performs needed psychiatric assessments, and provides ongoing medication management services for referred developmentally disabled patients with mental health disorders. Be eligible for MediCal/Medicare certification. Authorized to prescribe controlled substances.
