Assignment Details
Adult inpatient psychiatry
14-20 total encounters per day on average
0-4 new patients per day
12-16 follow-up visits per day
Typical cases include mood disorders, psychotic disorders, drug-related disorders, alcohol-related disorders, anxiety, major depressive disorders, and schizophrenia
Support staff includes Nurse Manager, Charge Nurse, Therapist, Discharge Planner, Medical Director, and Admissions Physician
