Position Overview

A growing behavioral health organization in Albuquerque, New Mexico is seeking an experienced Clinical Director & Clinical Supervisor to provide hands-on clinical leadership across its mental health, substance use, and co-occurring disorder programs.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced behavioral health leader who enjoys developing clinicians, improving clinical quality, strengthening programs, and making a meaningful impact on patient outcomes .

The Clinical Director & Clinical Supervisor will work closely with clinicians, care coordinators, peer support specialists, and other members of a multidisciplinary treatment team.
