Job Description:

This outpatient Psychiatry opportunity offers the chance to make a meaningful impact within a community behavioral health setting that serves adults with serious and persistent mental illness, including a primary population of young adults transitioning into independent adulthood. The program utilizes a multidisciplinary, recovery-oriented approach, bringing together psychiatrists, nurses, therapists, case managers, and substance use professionals to support complex behavioral health needs. Working with vulnerable and often underserved populations requires providers who are compassionate, patient-centered, culturally responsive, and committed to helping individuals achieve long-term stability and recovery. Providers will be responsible for psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and ongoing treatment planning while collaborating closely with the broader care team.
