Psychiatry Physician

Annashae is looking for Psychiatric Medical Director is needed to oversee the clinical, administrative, and operational aspects of a mental health facility located in Southern Illinois.
Key Responsibilities:

• Clinical Leadership: Guide patient care standards, treatment plans, and best practices for psychiatric services.
• Administrative Oversight: Develop clinical policies, procedures, workflows, and formulary decisions.
• Quality & Compliance: Lead quality assurance, performance improvement, peer reviews, and chart audits to meet regulatory and accreditation standards.
• Staff Management: Supervise, mentor, and evaluate psychiatrists, psychiatric nurse practitioners (NPs), and multidisciplinary clinical teams.
• Collaboration: Partner with administrators on strategic planning, budgeting, and risk management.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree.
  
• Licensure: Active, unrestricted medical license ( must be able to acquire an Illinois Medical License)
• Residency: Completion of a US-accredited psychiatric residency,
• Board Certification: Board certification in Psychiatry is strictly required;
• Experience: 3+ years of post-residency clinical experience, with prior leadership experience and provider management.
