End Date: Ongoing: need three month minimum commitment
Patient Census: 16-20
Travel & Lodging paid
Malpractice Insurance paid
Requirements:
  • Active AK license
  • Board Certified
  • Clean Malpractice
  • Clean/active DEA and NPI
  • Inpatient experience
  • Three references, one must be from most recent position
