PMHNP Opening in Charlottesville, VA Richmond 70m, Washington DC 100mWe are seeking a PMHNP in Charlottesville, Virginia. This role offers clinical autonomy, flexible scheduling, and strong organizational support in post-acute and long-term care settings (SNF/LTC/ALF/IRF).Overview

• Full-time (3.5 days/week) within Monday - Friday
• Enjoy stability, support, and flexibility with onsite patient care and remote documentation
• No nights or weekends
• Conduct psychiatric evaluations, diagnostic assessments, and mental status examinations
• Diagnose and treat psychiatric, behavioral, and neurocognitive disorders in older adults
• Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications
• Evaluate behavioral and safety concerns
• Provide brief interventions and behavioral management
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams across care settings
• Coverage area includes Lynchburg and Appomattox, Virginia
