Public Markets Solutions Designer

Design web applications, APIs, and Snowflake solutions at PSP Investments, supporting Public Markets Solutions in an Agile delivery context.

As a Solution Designer and Technical Lead, you will guide enterprise technology delivery for public markets. Your work spans solution architecture, system integration, cloud-native solutions, and data platforms. You will collaborate with business analysts, product owners, developers, architects, data teams, security, operations, and internal partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design end-to-end web, Snowflake, integration, API, and AI solutions
• Evaluate security, performance, scalability, resiliency, and operational requirements
• Document dependencies, technical decisions, risks, and implementation considerations
• Facilitate design sessions and technical decision-making across delivery teams
• Support implementation, problem resolution, and alignment with approved designs

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technology discipline or equivalent experience
• Five to seven years designing enterprise technology solutions
• Experience delivering web applications, APIs, integrations, and cloud data platforms
• Understanding of SDLC, Agile methods, architecture principles, and design patterns
• English and French bilingualism with financial services domain knowledge
