Public Practice Assurance Manager

Lead complex assurance engagements at RHN CPA with a CPA designation and proven team leadership experience. Serve clients across British Columbia.

As Manager, you will oversee assurance, compilation, tax, and consulting services while developing client relationships and professionals. The role requires progressive public practice experience, strong technical knowledge, and practical judgment. You will support engagement quality, team growth, and client-focused solutions. RHN CPA serves diverse clients through four British Columbia offices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, supervise, and manage engagements to professional standards
• Lead, coach, mentor, and evaluate team professionals
• Review financial statements under CAS, GAAP, ASNPO, ASPE, and PSAS
• Address complex accounting and assurance issues
• Build trusted client relationships through exceptional communication

Requirements:

• CPA designation
• At least five years of progressive public practice experience
• Manager-level experience leading multiple engagements
• Knowledge of Caseware and financial reporting tools
• Strong risk assessment, analytical, and problem-solving skills
