Public Sector Field IT Support Engineer

Agilisys is seeking a Field Support Engineer to deliver high-quality IT support across the Sefton partnership. You’ll diagnose issues, provide on-site and remote help, and work with the Field Engineering Team Leader to uphold SLAs and service quality.

You will handle hardware troubleshooting for laptops, desktops, tablets and mobile devices while coordinating with suppliers and documenting technical details for continual service improvement.
