Public Sector User Researcher & UX Insights

Methods is seeking an experienced User Researcher to join our growing team on a permanent basis. You will champion the user and conduct research on public sector products and services, upholding high ethical standards and knowledge of GDS standards.

You will collaborate with agile cross-functional teams, develop user needs, personas and journeys, manage stakeholders, and present insights to shape prototypes and features that meet user needs.
