Location: Bay Area of California
Duration: January ongoing
Reason for coverage: Gap in coverage
Schedule: Looking to fill every week per month
Rotating blocks: options outlined below
Nigh Call: 7p-7a
Scope: med/surg ICU management (option for pulmonary consults if pulmonary trained)
Procedures: independent management of ventilated and shock patients, central and arterial lines, airway management and point-of-care ultrasound (Bronchoscopy experience is preferred for the pulmonary line)
EMR: Epic
Affiliated Hospital: 208 general beds, 16 bed ICU, no trauma
Requirements (boards, license): Board Certified in Critical Care Medicine with active CA license, CA DEA, ACLS, and ideally clean NPDB to expedite credentialing
