Benefits and Features :
- Base Salary: $500,000 / yr
- Uncapped productivity bonus: $84 per wRVU

Job/Practice Description:
- Pulmonary Physician
- Location: Findlay, OH (40 mins from Toledo)
- 150-bed, 16-bed ICU, 18-bed CCU, Level III Trauma Center, Level III ODH Heart Care Center, 12-bed Acute Rehabilitation Unit
- Predominantly outpatient pulmonary practice. Asthma, COPD, Functional Testing, etc.
- Role is mainly based in outpatient clinic with occasional coverage of ICU.
- No call responsibilities
- General pulmonary outpatient practice with interventional pulmonary procedures
- 100% outpatient role, no call responsibilities
- Flexible full-time schedule (4 5 days/week)
- 24/7 in-house hospitalist and intensivist coverage
- 1.5 OR procedure block days per week with flexibility for additional procedures
- Typical clinic volume: approximately 20 patients/day (8-hr day)
- Established lung cancer screening program with approximately 600 active patients and opportunity for continued growth
- Hospital-based pulmonary clinic located adjacent to the ICU
- Cerner EMR with AI-powered tools
- Robotic bronchoscopy (ION) - Required
- Endobronchial ultrasound (EBUS) - Required
- Thoracentesis
- Chest tube placement
- Central venous catheter placement
- Ventilator management
- Fluoroscopy access
Profile Background:
- Board Certified / Board Eligible Pulmonology
- Ability to hold an Ohio State License
