Pennsylvania - Pulmonologist Opening - 1 Hour from State College

  • Seeking a board certified or truly board eligible pulmonologist

  • Sleep Medicine certification preferred, but not required

  • Join a comprehensive pulmonary program offering advanced diagnostic, therapeutic, and interventional services

  • Outpatient pulmonary practice includes management of:

    • COPD

    • Asthma

    • ABPA

    • Bronchiectasis

  • Extensive Interventional Pulmonology capabilities, including:

    • Robotic navigational bronchoscopy

    • Diagnostic and therapeutic bronchoscopy

    • Endobronchial ultrasound

    • Thoracic ultrasound

    • Thoracentesis

    • Bronchial thermoplasty

    • Cryotherapy

    • Airway stenting

    • PleurX catheter placement

    • Pleurodesis

    • Rigid bronchoscopy

  • State-of-the-art advanced bronchoscopy suite featuring:

    • Galaxy System

    • Monarch Robotic Electromagnetic Navigation

    • CelTivity Imaging-Based Rapid On-Site Tissue Evaluation

    • Argon Plasma Coagulation

    • TruFreeze Cryospray System

  • Comprehensive lung center with strong collaboration among Pulmonology, Thoracic Surgery, Radiation Oncology, and Medical Oncology

  • Robust low-dose CT lung cancer screening program

  • American Academy of Sleep Medicine accredited Sleep Lab with home sleep testing capabilities

  • 12-bed Cardiovascular ICU

  • 20-bed Neuro Trauma ICU

  • Pulmonary-only call: 1:4

  • EMR: Cerner (inpatient) and Centricity (outpatient)

Organization Information:

  • Join an established regional health system

  • $535,000 base salary

  • $25,000 sign-on bonus

  • $75,000 educational loan assistance

  • $10,000 relocation assistance
