PwC Financial Restructuring Director

Lead financial restructuring advisory at PwC, applying cash flow forecasting and financial modeling expertise. Support clients facing distress through complex recovery situations.

As a Deals Restructuring Director, you will work with partners to source mandates, lead advisory teams, and support restructuring team growth. The work includes turnaround planning, financial analysis, distressed M&A, refinancing, and stakeholder management. You will also guide team learning during mandate execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source new restructuring mandates through business development activities
• Develop turnaround and realization plans maximizing stakeholder recoveries
• Build financial models, forecasts, and sensitivity analyses
• Coordinate distressed M&A and refinancing activities
• Lead stakeholders, change, and restructuring processes

Requirements:

• Professional accounting or comparable postgraduate designation
• Financial, operational restructuring, or insolvency experience
• Experience advising debtors and creditors in Canada
• CIRP or Licensed Insolvency Trustee designation pursued or held
• Strong analytical, communication, project management, and business development skills
