Python Chatbot Documentation Developer

Python automation and chatbot knowledge work define this Chatbot Content Developer position, focused on technical documentation and documentation-as-code practices.

This position requires five-plus years of scripting and automation experience, preferably with Python or Java. You will improve documentation used as chatbot knowledge sources while applying Markdown, Confluence administration, Git, and AI-assisted development tools. The work includes collaboration with engineering and DevOps teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and improve technical chatbot knowledge documentation
• Convert Confluence content into Markdown formats
• Develop Python or Java content transformation scripts
• Manage documentation in Git repositories
• Support documentation CI/CD publishing workflows

Requirements:

• Five-plus years of scripting and automation experience
• Python preferred, or Java scripting experience
• Hands-on Markdown and documentation-as-code experience
• Confluence administration and content migration experience
• Git, GitHub, or Bitbucket knowledge
