In this role you will develop internal platforms using Python, Django and SQL, working across business stakeholders. You will translate requirements into scalable technology solutions and collaborate with multiple teams. The role is fast-paced with ownership from day one and a strong data-driven focus. You will contribute to a scaling FinTech platform serving private equities and alternative investments, shaping impactful solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Develop internal platforms and applications using Python, Django and SQL
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and solve complex problems
  • Translate business processes into scalable technology solutions
  • Work across multiple teams and projects to deliver technical solutions
  • Continuously improve internal systems, processes and data capabilities
  • Take ownership of projects from problem understanding to solution delivery
Key requirements
  • Strong Python coding skills with Django experience
  • Good understanding of APIs
  • Collaborative with advanced communication skills
  • Comfort with AI tooling (Agentic tools e.g. Claude)
