• Design, develop, and maintain production-grade Python applications
• Build scalable backend services, microservices, and distributed systems
• Develop software solutions that process large volumes of complex financial information
• Contribute to greenfield projects by designing and implementing applications and services
• Optimise existing systems for performance, scalability, reliability, and efficiency
• Solve engineering challenges involving system architecture, concurrency, and application performance
• Collaborate with software engineers and financial specialists to deliver technical solutions

Требования:

• 4+ Years of professional software engineering experience
• Strong commercial Python experience, particularly in backend or systems development
• Experience in investment banking, hedge funds, asset management, fintech, or similarly demanding technical environments
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles, algorithms, data structures, and object-oriented programming
• Proven experience designing, developing, and maintaining production-grade software applications
• Experience with distributed systems, microservices, or scalable backend architectures
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to tackle complex technical challenges
• Strong academic background in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related discipline
• Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases
• Experience optimising performance-critical applications
