Python Django Software Engineer

Build Virtual Care Platform features with Python and Django while supporting HIPAA-regulated systems that help patients receive care and accurate billing.

As a Software Engineer, you ship small to medium-sized work across a mature Django codebase and supporting services. You write tests, review code, and move features from requirements through production. The team values moderate autonomy, thoughtful questions, and maintainable engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and ship end-to-end features across Django services
• Own components within senior-led projects
• Improve admin tooling for operational workflows
• Diagnose production bugs and resolve root causes
• Write documentation, runbooks, and thorough code reviews

Requirements:

• Two or more years of professional software engineering experience
• Hands-on Python, Django REST Framework, and Django ORM experience
• Working knowledge of PostgreSQL, MySQL, and non-trivial SQL
• Experience with automated testing suites and continuous integration
• Proficiency with AI development tools and output verification
