- Develop FinTech tools and systems to enhance analytics, reporting, and risk management
- Optimize tools by analyzing data structures and identifying inefficiencies
- Create scalable processes for internal and external apps and data infrastructure
- Integrate with third-party services and systems

- Deliver complex software projects and establish sound development processes and tooling
- Work with multiple languages and development methodologies; deliver traditional apps and SaaS solutions
- Commercial Python development experience
- Ideally React/JavaScript experience
- Some frontend JavaScript experience
- Interest in finance
- Experience across multiple languages and development methodologies
- Ability to deliver both traditional applications and SaaS solutions
- Bachelor in Maths/Stats/Physics/Engineering
