Python Software Engineer, Factory Flow: Transforming Manufacturing

McLaren Racing seeks experienced Python Software Engineers to join our Software & Data Science team on a fixed-term contract. You will help design, build, and support the Factory Flow programme, modernising how parts move from design to manufacturing and race operations.

You will develop scalable Python services and data pipelines, with collaboration across engineering, product, and business stakeholders to replace legacy systems and improve information flow.
