As a Software Development Engineer in Test, you will define test strategy and performance quality gates. You will automate the SDLC pipeline from testing through deployment and validation. Your work covers microservices, deployment automation, integration testing, and debugging across environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop automated unit, integration, and end-to-end test frameworks
  • Create test plans covering microservice scenarios and edge cases
  • Investigate deployment issues and identify root causes
  • Write scripts automating platform service deployments
  • Collaborate with engineering groups on integration testing

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
  • Python, Pytest, and modern testing methodology knowledge
  • Perl, Golang, debugging, and Bash scripting experience
  • Linux fundamentals, performance tuning, and dependency management knowledge
  • Automation tools experience including Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or SaltStack
