Overview

In this role you work at the crossroads of software engineering, mathematics and financial markets to turn complex algorithms into customer-ready products. You collaborate with quantitative researchers and engineers, owning production-grade software from idea to deployment. You code with Python, C++ and AWS, tackling algorithms, models, APIs and large data to drive real customer impact. You’ll contribute to live products and continuously learn in a fast-paced, technically challenging environment.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with quants and engineers on quantitative financial products
  • Develop across design, development, testing and deployment using Python, C++ and AWS
  • Own projects from concept to production and influence technical decisions
  • Address problems involving algorithms, financial models, APIs and large datasets
  • Deliver code that moves from development to a live, customer-facing product
Key requirements
  • 1+ years to 4 years of professional software engineering experience
  • Strong Python, C++ and/or C skills
  • Solid data structures and algorithms fundamentals
  • Exposure to AWS, Git and automated testing
  • Genuine interest in solving complex technical problems
  • No prior quant finance experience required
