Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Perform minor damage repairs on vehicles
• Determine the correct paint color for each vehicle
• Prepare and paint vehicle panels
• Buff panels as necessary
• Respray or touch up any damaged areas
• Travel to customer locations for on‑site repairs

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Trade qualifications or nearing completion of an apprenticeship in spray painting
• Knowledge of water‑based paint is a plus but not required
• Expertise in paint application
• Proficient in color mixing and matching
• Exceptional attention to detail and pride in your work
• Ability to thrive in a busy, fast‑paced environment
• Valid, unrestricted driver's license

• Certifications – Qualified trade qualification for vehicle repair and painting.
