QA Automation Engineer

Location: Boston, MA
Duration: 12 Months
Pay Rate: $55-$65/hr
Work Mode: Hybrid - 3+ days onsite
Hours: Up to 40 hours/week

Job Summary:
Seeking a QA Automation Engineer to design and maintain scalable automation frameworks for Windows UI and web applications.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop functional, regression, and smoke test suites.

  • Design automation frameworks for Windows and web applications.

  • Evaluate automation tools and testing technologies.

  • Integrate automation with CI/CD pipelines and test management tools.

  • Automate reporting and improve test execution.

  • Collaborate with developers and mentor QA team members.

Requirements:

  • Experience implementing and supporting automation frameworks.

  • Programming skills in C#, .NET, JavaScript, Python, or PowerShell.

  • Experience with Windows UI and web application testing.

  • Knowledge of SQL, relational databases, and AWS or Azure.

  • Experience with QA best practices, test reporting, and CI/CD.

  • Selenium experience preferred.

  • Transit scheduling software experience is a plus.
