QA Automation Engineer – Fintech, Hybrid Cheltenham

Finova is hiring a Quality Engineer to embed shift-left quality practices and scale automated UI/API testing across mortgage processing and cloud microservices. You will design, execute, and maintain automation frameworks, integrate tests into modern CI/CD pipelines, and balance automation with exploratory testing in an agile squad.

You will work with Product Managers, Analysts and Engineers, applying BDD scenarios and ensuring robust acceptance criteria across complex systems.
