Overview

In this role you will design and implement automation tests for next-generation trading systems within a lean QA team. You will work in a high-visibility environment across London and Dublin, influencing testing practices during a growth phase. You’ll gain exposure to trading infrastructure and data flows from Bloomberg, shaping how quality is delivered in a fast-paced trading context.

Responsibilities
  • design and implement new automation tests for next-generation systems
  • contribute to the evolution of testing in a new phase of product development
  • work within a small, cross-border team to deliver high-quality trading software
Key requirements
  • Computer Science Degree or relevant experience
  • 3+ years of manual testing experience
  • experience testing within finance (equities)
  • experience in an AGILE environment
  • at least 2 years automation testing experience
  • strong scripting (PowerShell and Python)
  • communication and stakeholder engagement
  • autonomy and self-motivation
  • ability to thrive in flat hierarchy and fast-paced environment
