Overview

In this role you will shape the testing strategy and automation framework for a high-growth fintech platform. You’ll work closely with the Development Manager to raise testing quality across automation codebases and guide peers on testing approaches. The position sits at the intersection of B2C and B2B products, including a new greenfield wealth management platform. You will impact delivery quality, risk mitigation, and the scalability of testing in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain testing frameworks and tooling
  • Design and implement the overall testing strategy
  • Mentor and advise engineers on testing approaches
  • Ensure high-quality standards across automation codebases
  • Collaborate with the development team to align testing with project goals
Key requirements
  • Comp Sci or Tech Degree
  • Selenium Web Driver or Jasmine
  • Experience in automation testing with Selenium, Cucumber, BDD, TDD
  • SQL relational database queries
  • Knowledge of QA methodologies
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to translate requirements into test specifications
  • Strong analytical mindset to understand a complex platform
