ey Duties & Responsibilities for our QA Coordinator: Providing effective QA solutions and supporting their implementation Product testing - ensuring finished products comply with specifications and meet customer expectations Investigating defects and issues reported by stakeholders and end users, supporting root cause analysis and resolution Executing safe working practice Managing ISO accreditation performance
Essential Skills and Experience Required for our QA Coordinator: Knowledge/experience of lean manufacturing and ISO accreditation A high level of customer service excellence Proven ability to plan & organise workload and to adhere to targets/deadlines Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail and problem-solving ability Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams
in a fast-paced environment Ability to provide feedback in a professional & constructive manner Strong written and verbal communication skills Effective decision-making skills Proficient in use of Microsoft 365 including Word, Excel and Outlook
Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 4.30pm
