• Building a test automation framework from scratch, including architecture decisions, setup, and ongoing maintenance
• Java for test automation, with the ability to write clean, reusable, and maintainable test code
• Proven ability to clearlyexplain the design approach and technology choicesused when creating an automation framework (e.g. Java,Selenium,Cucumber)
• Solid experience implementingBDD frameworks using Cucumber, including feature writing, step definitions, and automation best practices
• API testing experience, someone known to Backend rather than Frontend
