QA Manager

As QA Manager, you will lead the site’s Quality Assurance team to ensure products and processes meet Greencore, customer, and legal standards. You will drive improvements in GMP, audit readiness, and food safety culture across the site. You collaborate with operations, technical teams, and suppliers to sustain high quality and compliance. • Apply Greencore, customer, BRC, and legal standards to ensure ongoing compliance
• Implement, maintain, and review HACCP and risk assessments for new processes, products, and materials
• Manage and improve quality management systems to meet safety and quality standards
• Establish robust audit systems, analyze findings, and drive preventative actions
• Support audit preparation, host audits, and manage non-conformance close-out
• Communicate technical requirements with internal teams, customers, and suppliers
• Lead and develop the QA team with training, capability, and succession planning
• Generate and analyse technical KPIs to drive continuous improvement
• Champion a strong QA and food safety culture across the site
• Maintain a safe working environment aligning with health and safety standards

• Strong background in QA or technical leadership in food manufacturing
• Proven experience with food safety, quality, legal, and customer standards
• Ability to manage HACCP, audits, and quality systems
