Overview

As a QA professional at NTT DATA, you will partner with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the development lifecycle. You’ll contribute to test planning, automation, and risk mitigation while aligning with agile practices and project timelines. You’ll help refine QA processes and drive continuous improvement within the squad. This role combines hands-on testing with collaboration in a global, growth‑oriented environment that values innovation.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with software developers, BAs and product managers to understand requirements and acceptance criteria
  • Coordinate with testers, Delivery Managers and product owners to mitigate delivery risks
  • Prepare test estimates, plan, schedule, and report testing progress
  • Work with Test Manager to improve team processes and monitor progress
  • Participate in agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews) to ensure alignment with timelines
  • Lead daily activities within the squad
  • Analyze business specs, assist in Test Plans/Strategy/Scope and define Test Cases
  • Focus on continuous improvement of testing processes and QA results
  • Perform automation testing and use tools like Blazemeter and Jira
  • Assist management in project planning and PoC feedback to improve testing
  • Engage in remote cloud device testing with Perfecto/BrowserStack/Headspin
Key requirements
  • Programming experience with Python, Cucumber-BDD, Gitlab
  • Experience with remote cloud testing devices (Perfecto/BrowserStack/Headspin)
  • Experience with Blazemeter, Postman, API testing and HTTP methods
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Pro-active self-starter with good planning and time-management
  • Experience delivering under tight deadlines
  • ISTQB Foundation Certification (preferred)
  • Knowledge of Telco domain and chatbot testing (preferred)
