QA/QC Turnover Lead Data Center

Lead QA/QC and turnover for IREN’s Prince George data center expansion, using inspection planning, contractor oversight, and commissioning readiness. This on-site, day-shift role follows a rotational schedule.

Reporting to the Construction Manager, you own quality across electrical, mechanical, and network scopes. You will run Inspection and Test Plans, manage hold points, oversee contractors, and prepare systems for Operations. The work supports a live brownfield site where records must verify readiness before energization, tie-in, or handover.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement IREN’s site quality management system
• Coordinate inspections, testing, calibration, and result acceptance
• Manage contractor quality plans, NCRs, deficiencies, and corrective actions
• Build turnover packages and lead walk-downs through acceptance
• Report quality metrics and support internal and external audits

Requirements:

• 10+ years’ industrial or mission-critical construction experience
• 3+ years leading multidisciplinary QA/QC and turnover
• Knowledge of Canadian Electrical Code, CSA Z462, and applicable standards
• Experience with Procore, Aconex, or similar platforms
• Ability to work on-site in Prince George on rotation
