Description

• Tools/Frameworks: Selenium, RestAssured, Cucumber, TestNG, Postman
• Programming Languages: Java/Python
• Build Tools: Maven/Gradle
• DevOps (Intermediate): GIT/GitHub, GitHub Actions/Jenkins
• Nice to Have Exposure to SQL, JDBC, databases, OCP, Docker, or Windows Servers

Responsibilities

• 8 - 10+ years of Experience in QE/SDET
• Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks using Java/Python to ensure scalable and reusable solutions.
• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and automation scripts to validate APIs, backend systems, and integrations.
• Perform functional, integration, and regression testing for applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business and technical requirements. Conduct performance and load testing for APIs to ensure optimal application performance.
• Identify, analyze, and document bugs and track their resolution.
• Implement and enhance CI/CD pipelines to integrate automated tests into the development lifecycle.
• Continuously improve testing processes, tools, and practices to ensure high-quality releases.
• Mentor and guide junior QA team members in testing practices and automation.

Required Skills

• Strong programming skills in JAva/Python and experience in building test automation frameworks. Proficiency in API testing using tools like Postman, REST Assured, or similar
• .Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, their architecture, and common testing techniques.
• Hands‑on experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
• Solid understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Experience in testing tools like Selenium, Pytest, or similar.
• Familiarity with database testing and SQL queries.
• Knowledge of performance testing tools such as JMeter or Locust.
