Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Quadient Developer with 8 10 years of experience working with the Quadient Inspire platform. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Quadient Inspire Designer, Interactive, and Scalar, along with experience in document composition, data integration, workflow automation, and output management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop communication templates using Quadient Inspire Designer
  • Work with Quadient Inspire Interactive and Scalar components to deliver dynamic communication solutions
  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Optimize and maintain existing Quadient templates and workflows
  • Integrate data sources and implement automation within the Quadient platform
  • Ensure communication outputs comply with branding, regulatory, and accessibility standards
  • Troubleshoot and resolve template, workflow, and output-related issues
  • Participate in code reviews and provide technical guidance to junior developers
  • Work closely with QA teams to ensure the quality, performance, and reliability of deliverables
  • Follow version control and deployment processes
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of document composition and communication workflows

Required Qualifications

  • 8 10 years of hands-on experience with the Quadient Inspire platform
  • Strong expertise in Quadient Inspire Designer, Interactive, and Scalar
  • Solid understanding of document composition and layout design
  • Experience with output management and communication template development
  • Experience with data integration and automation within Quadient
  • Familiarity with version control systems and deployment processes
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working in enterprise communication environments
  • Knowledge of regulatory and accessibility requirements
  • Experience working with Agile development teams
  • Ability to mentor junior developers and participate in technical reviews
