Key Responsibilities: • Mentor and coach team members for professional growth • Ensure roles and responsibilities are clearly defined • Provide constructive feedback on architecture deliverables • Guide technical analysis of vendor solutions • Lead M&A and OpCo integration architecture efforts
Requirements: • At least 3 years of leadership experience • 6+ years in relevant architecture roles • Strong grasp of cloud technologies • Relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent • Excellent facilitation and collaboration skills
