Quality Assurance Analyst

5 days onsite at Vancouver, BC without exception from day 1

Annual compensation is CAD 45,000 plus benefits

3+ years of experience in manual testing.

Key Responsibilities

• Test strategy and test plan development for new products and features
• Test case authoring and maintenance (add new cases, edit existing ones for accuracy)
• Bug review, de-duplication, and triage — prevent randomization of engineering teams by identifying duplicates, requesting clarification, and ensuring bugs adhere to reporting standards
• Cross-functional interactions and feature bring-up with engineers
• Software and hardware bug investigation and reporting
• Bug fix verification
• Targeted ad-hoc testing of undocumented areas
• Review of bug reports from other team members
• Identify test and process gaps and raise them to Quality leadership
• Onboarding and mentoring more junior team members
• Clear verbal and written communication, including team group posts to share test status and provide clarity on defect reports
